Take 1 glass of ginger juice mixed with water. It reduces the gases and soothe your stomach.
To get relieve from stomach upset, take green tea in the morning / evening instead of taking coffee.
Apple cider vinegar kills out the bacteria which causes diarrhea. Take 1 tsp of vinegar with 1 glass of water.
Take 1 glass of hot water mixed with custard powder. It helps to get relief.
Drink lemon juice with a pinch of salt that makes you active.
Take 2 glasses of guava juice every day. It works.
Do not eat any plain yogurt. Add banana with yogurt for benefits.
Drink carrot a several times that replenish vitamins and minerals lost due to diarrhea.
Take blackberry tea for mild diarrhea.
Take the boiled brown rice and drink water that contains vitamin B.
