Swish water around in your mouth. Atleast take 2 – 3 liters of water a day, that keep your mouth moisturized.
Cinnamon is an effective antiseptic. Suck a stick of cinnamon to keep your mouth fresh from unpleasant odor.
Chew fresh mint especially after food with onion and garlic.
Apple is very effective to get rid from bad breath or take ½ tsp of apple cider vinegar in a glass of water and use as a mouth wash.
Always carry some spices like cardamoms or cloves and chew them often when you like uncomfortable.
Add a pinch of baking soda to your toothpaste to keep bad breath away.
Always clean your tongue after brushing and use floss on edge of the spoon on to keep your mouth fresh.
