Tulsi Leaves prevents formation of excess acid and reduces gas formation. Take 10 Tulsi leaves in the morning every day. Or take five to six Tulsi leaves after your meal to get instant relief.
Jeera is excellent in keeping acidity away from you. Take about 1 liter of water and add a Tsp of jeera and boil it in simmer for 15 minutes. Take it 4 – 5 times a day. Drink it while warm.
Cardamom helps to reduce stress. It cures all such diseases like infections in teeth and gums and break up kidney stones. Take 2 pods of cardamom, boil it in water and take it atleast one time a day to relieve from acidity.
It is rich in vitamin C, iron and fibre. It cures sore throat and cold. It reduces cholesterol and protects from cancer. To get instant relief from acidity, take 1 Tsp of amla powder with a glass of water twice a day.
